BAI YUN® SMG261 Industrial Silicone Sealant

1. Product Features
◆ Environmentally friendly product without solvents
◆ One component room temperature curing silicone rubber, no heating required and fast curing speed
◆ Product transparency is good. The components coated on t he PCB circuit board are clearly visible.
◆ Good adhesion to PC, PCB, glass ceramics and metals.
◆ It has excellent waterproof, moisture proof, dust proof, salt fog proof,antiaging, anti shock, anti leakage, anti corrosion, anti mold, anti loose parts.
◆ Excel lent resistance to weather, UV and ozone.
◆ Excellent high and low temperature resistance, little change in performance from 50 °C to +200 °C

 

2. Main Application
◆ The products are widely used in the i nsulation protection of circuit boards and electronic components.
◆ Products can be used in hybrid integrated circuits, automotive electronic control boards,electronic circuit boards, aviation instrumentation, flexible printed circuit boards, computer contr ol boards, industrial control boards, semiconductor crystal circuit protection, appliance controllers and outdoor LED displays.
◆ According to customer requirements, it is prepared into a multi color coating adhesive with adhesive and confidential functions.

 

4.Methods of Use
(1)The sealant should be applied in an environment with a temperature of 4℃~ 40℃and a relative humidity of 40%~80%.
(2)In order not to affect the bonding effect, all surfaces are recommended for degreasing and decontamination, and to ensure clean and dry. Suitable solvents include isopropanol, acetone or methyl ethyl ketone.
(3)Apply the sealant to the surface that has been pretreated and then quickly cover the other side that needs to be bonded.
(4)When exposed to moisture, the sealant crusts within 10 to 20 minutes at room temperature and 50% relative humidity. Apply a tool to scrape off excess sealant before the surface is crusted.

7.Matters Need Attention
Check the Material Safety Data Sheet(MSDS) before using the product.
Sealant products are not toxic after they are fully cured, but should avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor.uncured products should be kept out of contact with children. The product will release small molecular substances during the curing process, and ventilation should be paid attention to in the construction and curing areas to prevent the concentration of small molecular substances from being too bad for people.
