01 Open the road to industry innovation

   Founded in 1985, BAIYUN is the founder, leader and witness of China's silicone sealant industry. As the first silicone sealant manufacturer in China, BAIYUN actively invested in scientific research and innovation with a forward-looking strategic vision, and applied for the first invention patent in the industry in 1999, which opened up the chaotic sealant market at that time. The new door leads the industry's intellectual property construction into a new stage of development.

Since then, BAIYUN has been adhering to the intellectual property policy of "leading the industry's technological innovation and building a global leading brand" to promote the company's innovative development. Since 2014, BAIYUN's road of innovation has officially entered the fast lane, and the number of patent applications has reached a new high every year, rapidly building and improving BAIYUN's intellectual property system.

02 Innovation platform is continuously consolidated

   Over the years, BAIYUN has always attached great importance to the construction of technological platforms, continuously enhanced technological innovation capabilities, and achieved remarkable results. At present, the company has nine technical platforms: postdoctoral scientific research workstation and academician expert enterprise workstation; provincial engineering technology research and development center and enterprise technology center, CNAS testing center; the only demonstration base for new technology industrialization of building sealant of the Ministry of Construction, international scientific and technological cooperation base, the country's first batch of prefabricated construction industry bases and other scientific research bases. In 2013, BAIYUN won the honor of the only "First Batch of National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprises" in the industry. Relying on nine major technology platforms, BAIYUN has created a technological innovation development path with enterprises as the main body, market-oriented, and combination of production, learning and research, setting an excellent example for the industry.

Recently, BAIYUN was selected as the 2022 National Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise. This award is a high affirmation of BAIYUN's persistence in technological innovation, and it also encourages BAIYUN to make persistent efforts on the road of independent innovation.

03 Continuous empowerment of international cooperation

   At the beginning of the 21st century, BAIYUN began to stride abroad and emerged on the world stage. With its ingenious manufacturing and continuous innovation and breakthroughs, it has achieved many milestone victories and won a place as a Chinese national brand.

At present, BAIYUN has applied for 16 PCT certifications and 3 US patents. As part of the overseas intellectual property layout, the application of these two types of patents contributes to the realization of BAIYUN's corporate vision of "committed to building a global leading sealant brand".

◉In 1998, SS601 neutral silicone sealant won the third prize of Guangzhou Science and Technology Progress Award, and SS621 silicone structural sealant was rated as a national new product;

◉In 1999, SS621 and SS622 silicone structural sealants won the third prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Progress Award and the second prize of Guangzhou Science and Technology Progress Award;

◉In 2001, silicone stone weather-resistant sealant won the third prize of Guangzhou Science and Technology Progress Award;

◉In 2005, the continuous production process of high-performance silicone sealant won the first prize of Guangzhou Science and Technology Progress Award;

◉In 2005, de-ethanol type RTV silicone rubber was rated as a national key new product;
