Take proper amount of part A and B in a weight ratio of 1:5, mix them evenly and use immediately. It is recommended to use vacuum stirring to mix sealant. It is best to bake the coated material to remove moisture on the surface before coating. The operating time depends on the quantity of the sealant(mixture of A/B) as well as the operating temperature. The larger the amount of sealant mixed, the shorter the operating time.
1. The product will begin to curing gradually after mixing, its viscosity will gradually increase, and some heat will be released.
2. The more amount of the sealant, the faster the curing speed, during the chemical reaction, a large amount of heat will probably be released.
Please pay attention to controlling the amount of sealant, too much amount will accelerate the reaction, so that the operating time will also be shortened, the mixed sealant should be used up immediately.
3. All components should be sealed and stored. The mixed sealant should be used up at one time to avoid waste.
4. The product is a non-dangerous product, but do not put it in your mouth or contact your eye.
5. A very small number of people will have mild skin allergies and mild itching when contact with the sealant for a long time. It is recommended to wear protective gloves when using them.
If it contacts your skin, please wipe it off with acetone or alcohol, and wash it off with detergent.
