SS602T special silicone sealant for travertine is a one-component, neutral curing, silicone sealant designed for weatherproof sealing of travertine fittings and travertine curtain walls.
SS602T special silicone sealant for travertine is a one-component, neutral curing, silicone sealant designed for weatherproof sealing of travertine fittings and travertine curtain walls. Travertine is a hard-to-stick material, and ordinary stone sealant cannot form an effective bond with it, failing to achieve a good sealing effect. SS602T is used in combination with PR108 primer to provide excellent adhesion to travertine. At the same time, SS602T will not cause pollution to travertine, and is the preferred sealant for curtain walls and assembly works.

Neutral curing, no corrosion to metal, coated glass, travertine and other building materials;
No pollution to porous materials such as travertine;
Used in combination with PR108 primer, it has good adhesion effect to travertine and will not change due to wind, snow and rain.
Excellent weathering resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance;
Excellent resistance to high and low temperature performance, no brittleness, hardening or cracking at -50°C after curing, no softening, degradation at 150°C, and good elasticity;
It has good compatibility with other neutral silicone adhesives.
2 main uses
Cave stone curtain wall sealing joint sealing;
Travertine is sealed with other materials such as glass and metal.
3 Use restrictions
Cannot be used as structural sealant;
Not suitable for copper and polycarbonate materials;
Should not be used in dense and ventilated places, because the sealant needs to absorb the moisture in the air to cure;
When the surface temperature of the material is lower than 4°C or exceeds 40°C, it is not suitable for construction;
Not suitable for frosted or wet surfaces;
Not suitable for continuous water immersion or wet place year-round;
Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to prevent yellowing;
Should avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as external wall cleaning fluid) to avoid discoloration;
It should not be used on all materials that can see grease, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oil-impregnated wood.
